Built by a Family.
For Your Family.
SOL Design & Build is named after the three people at its heart — Sophie, Ofek, and Liam. When you work with SOL, you're not hiring a faceless contractor — you're trusting a family that takes enormous pride in the quality of every project they put their name on.
Ofek began his career in construction at 20 years old, starting as a carpenter and developing his craft through years of hands-on work. He grew into a full remodeling specialist, working with some of San Diego's most respected companies before deciding to go independent and build something his own family could be proud of.
Sophie brings a rare perspective to the business — a PhD in psychology and a deep understanding of people, trust, and communication. She ensures every client interaction is transparent, respectful, and stress-free. And Liam, their 6-month-old, is the newest and most important reminder of why doing things right — with integrity and attention to detail — matters more than anything.
